FTTC NBN CONNECTION BOX & MODEM

Hello,
Recently just moved into a new place.
Have been trying to call quite consistently the past week for help and can't get through.

Our modem is all connected correctly.
All lights are on, there is one light on each box that is red. The wifi is coming up as "Connected without internet" whilst trying to connect via mobile device.
