FTTC NBN. No NCD delivered with Modem

Hi,
We have recieved a modem from you guys but no NCD and there isn't one previously at the location. How can we go about getting that sent to us.

Sorry for the inconvenience,

Normally there should be NCD onsite ( this belongs to NBN) but some times by mistake previous tenant might took it.I have fowarded your issue to relevant department and they will contact you ASAP.
