Thanks for raising this to us, we'd like to confirm if you have received a notification that the NBN service installation is completed. If yes, for customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link:
In the event that you have not yet received any confirmation, I suggest to track the installation here. Also please make sure that all equipments are properly connected please see this article for reference.
If the installation has beem completed and the issue still persists, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and further assist you.

I received my NCD and modem yesterday, plugged everything in okay, but the blue link light keeps flashing and the NCD never connects. I've tried leaving it for 45+ minutes at a time, powering down the modem and NCD, and resetting the NCD, but it just keeps flashing.
Any ideas on what I should do?
