FTTC No Connection and No Reply to raised fault...

New cutomer to TPG with NBN just made avilable to me. Pre ordered and recived my hardware in under a week (awesome!)

 

Pluged in...... and nothing

 

NBN Box:

Power - Solid blue

Connection - Solid blue

DSL & LAN: Not lit

 

Raised fault 10460503 >48 hours ago. no reply.

Just tried to call support "too busy please go to web"

 

New TPG customer, so far not impressed :-(
