First installation of NBN, no DSL light on and no internet green light on

Hi moderator,

This is the first time I installed the NBN network in my house. I followed all the instruction but there is no DSL light on and internet light on on modem. I can see my wifi name appeared on the Wifi search list but there is no connection when I connected it. Please help.

Have you receive the service active confirmation (email), or just the modem and NBN gears?

Could you PM your CID and username?, likewise I can check your internet status
