Get online support
We have just had NBN bundle connected. The internet works just fine but when the home phone rings we cannot receive calls. There is nothing at the other end. We have a dial tone.

I would like to confirm if the handset is connected to the modem/router [phone 1] port. Have you tried to call to your own home phone number for testing purposes? If yes, I'd like to know the error message.
