Home Phone line disconnected 3 weeks ago when NBN NOT available to our premises

We had ADSL2+ Phone.


Our Home Phone line is disconnected 3 weeks ago apparently because it is mandatory to move to NBN.


Technician is supposed to install NBN today but apparently there is no NBN from the curb to the house and we have to wait longer to get that work done. There has also been no internet!


The premises have elderly occupants that are dependent on a land line. I want the phone line reconnected today.
