Get online support

How can you support be so crap?!

I have contacted chat support 4 times already, investing over 5 hours of waiting time. 

 

After an initial chat with support I am always told that I will be transfrerred to the installation team and I am left there hanging with no one ever showing up. 

 

This is a total disgrace. 

 

I received the NBN devices over a week ago and I simply want to know when the connection will be available because I need it for work. 

 

Horrible user experience.

Hi,

I have checked your nbn portal and noted that its just waiting for device installtion. See below link for NBN FTTC set up.  you need to disconnect your current adsl modem from socket because currently it is connected which  i am able see here and if you have any other socket then you also need to disconnect any devices  from socket. After connecting nbn device and tpg router, normally it will take updo 30 minutes to get online.

If any issue please let us know status of nbn ncd light and tp link router status of  WAN and internet light.
