Hi
I am awaiting connection for my new home that I arranged with TPG 2 weeks ago.
I had no response from TPG, so I tried online chat today and waited 4 hours to chat with Ana.
Who was lovely and told me she couldnt help me because my connection is a new house, and they will need to co-ordinate with the NBN.
They attempted to transfer me to another department and I got disconnected.
Kind of dissapointing.
Especialy as they had my customer number details and email address.
So I was expecting some sort of follow up, but nothing.
So I assume Ill have to try another day and wait another 4 hours and hope I dont get disconnected again?>
Would it be easier for me to use another ISP?
