I am not receiving emails from some certain senders.

There are emails that I haven't received from some certain senders.

The senders don't have issues in sending their emails to other receivers.

 

Is there a solution to it?

Hi @laovski , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID and the email address you're having issue with.

 

Please also include the email address of the senders.
