Hi i have recieved NBN modem but i haven't received NCD box. I dont have any point in Garage or somewhere else from where i could connect my router. I have tried to contact you guys since the day i received the modem but each and every time i tried you guys telling me to contact different team and line was disconnected. I am very disappointed with this. This is a big headache for me.
