I need someone from TPG to check my new install address

I have been on chat for over 3 hours - no one will answer my enquiry - they just keep sending me the "move home" links which I have already done- they actually dont read my actual question- all they have to do it check the address where my new install is booked to that is it!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Relocating to rural areas will take extra time, we will advice you when the date is closer.

You also can check the status online

Ok, well installation is all booked and ready to go, I just wanted to make sure it was booked for the right address- so as not to waste time and resources
