IP name possibly forged

Since I moved from ADSL to NBN, I can no longer send emails: "IP name possibly forged". TPG tech support chat widget says "we are too busy, try again later". There is no chat queue, there is no phone number, there is no support email. TPG DESERVE A LAWSUIT AND A HEFTY FINE!
