I received an email today telling me my NBN installation was cancelled. Could I get an explanation of why the installation was cancelled and when the installation will be actually done?

Your NBN-FTTC 100/40 serivce installation is still ongoing. NBN says due for completion 30/04.
Your install is part self-service. So plug all your equipment in and hopefully once NBN provision it, it will just start working.
