Hi. I applied for the nbn internet service and wait for the installation. I only received the modem last Tuesday but the nbn box did not arrive. I cannot continue with the installation because I only have the modem. Could someone tell me in how long the nbn box arrives and how long I will have the service working because it is my work tool and I need it urgently. Thank you.
