I received my modem on Friday 27th. I was of the understanding I would receive notification to turn on the fttc box and modem, approximately 24 hours later. Is that correct, do I need to wait to turn on. The order tracking gives me no information. The support chat is constantly engaged. How can I be advised of the time frame and process. I am a university professor and need the service to conduct online classes.
