I have my modem and my NBN box seems to be working perfectly fine. I can see that TPG needs to activate my service in order for the router to start working and consequentially for me to have internet.Is there a need for a technician as I already have an NBN box setup at home that seems to be working fine? Could you please activate my service or assist as i desperately need internet to start working form home. I have been using my phone data for the last few weeks and that is now starting to run out. Your assistance regarding this matter is much appreciated
