Internet Outage

I have just had NBN set up and the NBN tecmician was here earlier to connect it as scheduled before 12pm. However, for the last 2hrs I have had no Internet connection. Please check why there is no internet connection in my apartment.

Further to this I am WFH and need to be reconnected asap. I have gone through the Quick Installation Guide - NBN which was included in the TP-LINK Archer VR1600v Dual Router packaging.
