My internet service is disconnected due to credit card expiry. I have put the new card details in. When will I have my connection back?

I'd like to confirm if the connection has been re-instated, if so you once the payment has been processed, we recommend to perform a reboot on the modem/router and leave it turn off for 2-3mins.
