Internet not working

Hi there,
I have got no internet connection..
No one comes back to me to advise when is gonna be working.. I need the internet for my work I’m a new customer! You guys charged me up front. Really poor customer service and I’m really desaponted with TPG.
If I don’t get update from you guys I’ll cancel the service that even have started.
