House based internet not working since roughly 11.00am this morning. Have tried all the troubleshooting advice except attaching a phone as don't have one available. Some tree maintenance was undertaken on the road outside this morning but no obvious damage to cables (seems like a strange coincidence though). We are on Bennett road, the gap, brisbane 4061.
