Thought i wouldn't have to make another post, but i got an email today to tell me i have a balance owing.
Even after a month of poor internet service, i'm still charged the full monthly fee(last month).
Good on ya TPG.
P.S - It all makes sense why TPGs last award was in 2016. It all went down hill from there!!!

a recent ACCC report that TPG achieved the #1 position among the major Australian telcos, making TPG’s NBN download speeds the very best in the report and our terrific Net Promoter Scores which are regularly above 40 and ahead of the major Telcos.
Regrettably, there are many factors outside of our control which affect the Services, such as the performance of third party suppliers and equipment, force majeure events and quality of the network used by our wholesale provider.
