Internet very slow

Hi, I’m apply moving home via my account for my nbn, but it’s seems very slow to open the website. sometime searching without anything. Can anyone check for me. Thanks

    Checked your details, you are on a basic plan, maximum upload is 1Mb and download is 12Mb

  Also please tell me the location of the router? 

Is it in the Garage?

Hi RajenS, it’s same plan as my previous home but internet very slow compare I’m moving to this house. It’s happened website always searching or redirection. Location at 7/200 kameruka st, Calamvale 4116. The router is in living room. Thanks.
