Hi guys, I received an email saying that my NBN modem was dispatched and provided a tracking number with StarTrack - which is invalid. Could you please assist?

The shipment details may not appear in Startrack website until after 7pm and up to 24 hours. You may check again the delivery status using the consignment number that we've sent to you via email.
