I received a message from you guys to connect the equipment that you have sent me. Followed all the instruction to no avail after 3 hours with no connectivity I restored everything to normal, please inform me if it is ready to be installed as I don’t want to keep wasting my time. Also do not send text messages unless it is for certain that it is ready for installation. Trying to get in contact with you guys it is near to impossible.

I have had no reply - but I get a text message to connect the equipment, I’m not going to wast my time unless I get a confirmed message that the NBN is LIVE. Please respond or send out a technician
