Landline Number not ported for last 4 weeks

I took a leap of fath and ported my Landline number from Telstra to TPG. It's been more than 4 weeks that I have been without a landline incoming service. I can make outgoing calls but no incomeing calls. Loosing a lot of business. HAve reported it to TIO as well. Can someone from porting team please look into it as a matter of urgency.

Let us take this opportunity to check what causing issues with the porting of the landline service and rectify this ASAP. Could you send us a PM with your details?
