I have the 100mbps plan. My real speeds currently are .300kb to 1.2mbs instead of the posted 87.5mbps evening speed as advertised on this website. I am currently 2 hours on hold with tpg and still waiting so i thought i would post here. I have factory reset my router and reconfigured with normal speeds lasting 15 minutes at most. I replaced all cables to NBN box to no avail. My connection drops constantly over the last 3 days and I'm sick of paying for a service I'm not happy with. This will be the final straw if it cannot be resolved and i will be forced to back out from my agreement with tpg.
