Contacted tpg and told them I moved address. Spoke to a lady and she scheduled me a date of installation, told me to stay home between 1pm-5pm. Had to skip work for it. And to no surprise, of course this so-called technician never showed up. What do I expect? No follow-up made by either tpg or nbn side. What am I paying you guys for? I should blame myself for trusting tpg and their nbn installation. Frustrating beyond believe. I can't comprehend how service industry standard in Australia has fallen so low.
