Modem Delivery

Hi,

I have been informed that my order has been delivered in full, but I am yet to receive my wireless router/modem. When is this due to arrive? There is currently someone in the house bed ridden post surgery, and it would be appreciated to get this sorted?

We apologise if the shipment of the modem/router takes too much time. We're able to locate your account using your community and we've seen that the modem/router has been dispatched to our warehouse last Monday, 8th of July.

 

We sent you a PM in regards with consignment number you may contact startrack directly for follow up.
