Get online support
Hi there, we upgraded to NBN100 about 1.5 weeks ago and at the time, our modem had broke and the consultant posted out another one for us.
We have still not received anything and are paying for the highest plan with no internet. Can anyone please advise when this will be sent and what has been the hold up? I live in metro Melbourne.

I have escalated this to our modem request team for followup.
It doesnt appear to have been shipped yet.
We will get it out ASAP and shipping to metro areas is normally 1-2 business days.
