Modem arrived but no Ncd

Hi there. Nbn only arrived in my suburb last week. My modem arrived today, but there is no Network connection device with it. Is it still on it's way in a separate parcel, or was it forgotten? Next step is?

Your NBN service installation is tagged as service class - 32 which means, NBN Co. will arrange a technician to install the NDC / NBN box for the service. At the moment, no installation updates yet from NBN Co. you will receive an email in regards with the Technician Visit Date.
