I have installation on Friday but no modem has arrived when will it arrive ??

We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay of your modem. We will work on your account to have this resolved.

 

 

I was able to locate your account using your Community details and managed a follow through about the modem status. We'll update you with the progress by tomorrow since our Modem Team is already out of the office as of this time.
