Hi, I have received my modem and I have also received a text message today saying "Reminder: Your NBN service is awaiting activation. Please connect and switch on your NBN equipment".
I have only been in my place 3 months and there is no NBN connection box here (that I can find). I don't know if the tennants before me had NBN and took the connection box with them?
How do I organise delivery and installation of the NBN connection box please?
