Moved House

We moved in to our new address on 05/05/2020.I submitted Moving home request through chat/online April. No action from TPG. No response from customer care. I am helpless. Called everyday, places on hold for hours. Send multiple emails. Was promised this would be resolved almost 2 weeks ago. Still no answers.
