Moving home and no internet service

Hello, I am currently moving home and i have followed the online direction to set up a new installation application for my new address. I requested service on Mar 14. It has been more than two weeks and I haven’t got any update so far. The online status is showing in processing. Can anyone let me know what I should do next? Obviously your company can’t not be reached by phone and online chat always showing you are busy. We don’t have internet for two weeks. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
