Moving home

Hi guys,


We are moving home in 2 weeks and when I access your website I'm getting this, see attached.

I sent 2 emails already on this email address: customer_service@tpg.com.au

 

Is there a way to speed up this process? Do we need to disconnect from FTTB and install a new one to the new address?

 

Please advise ASAP.
