I am moving house and as I cannot talk to anyone nd the chat rooms are ridiculous I need to verify why I am getting this message saying " set p cost 99.95" when my modem can be used at my new house and I have selected $0 voice add on as I don't end a home phone to make calls on, I have unlimited on my mobile plan but cannot process through myaccount without selecting this on any plan.
i chose 69.99 /mth with speed around 46mbps .
I am an existing TPG user and am not on a contract
can someone please let me know what I need to do as I need Internet in my new house for work and study purposes and move on 2 nd April but have been unable to organise anything or speak to anyone due to chat rooms not responding
