HI there, I've been posting a few times on here with my ongoing saga.
PLEASE REFER TO OPEN TICKET #10431220 on TPG system
- TPG ADSL 2 customer
- Applied for NBN FTTC
- Got the box, modem and multiple txt messages to connect
- like many other posters, blue flashing lights and no connection.
@RajenS has been really helpful in identifying that the NBN unit in the pit in the street has mostlikely been disconnected... (see previous posts).
Now I've got this:
I just received an email stating: "Unfortunately, we are currently unable to activate the NBN connection to
your premises, because the installation has been requested to be cancelled."
It gives an email address to email to cancel my account.
A case manager was meant to have contact me to organise an NBN technician to reconnect the NBN unit in the street pit.
Please assist - this is more than crazy now...
I received the same message yesterday.
But my ADSL is from another service provider.
My NBN installation/activation started since 27/03/20 and I am still waiting for my NBN connection to complete. It is a very frustrating time to me.
I will be interested to know how you progress.
