NBN Activation SMS

Hi,

I was very happy to see that my area finally is ready for NBN. I am glad that I preordered my NBN service, the equipment is due to arrive in next hour or so, it is onboard for delivery. I am very excited.

However I am yet to receive SMS from TPG advising me to plug my equipment. Can you please confirm if everything is ready from TPG side and I should plug my equipment when it arrives? Apparently my address is in service class 33 so it should be good for self installation.

 

Can you please double check my account and send me the SMS (if it is required at all). Thanks

Nevermind, I plugged the device and it is connected to NBN.

An update: Postman made an unsuccessful delivery attempt (as expected, although I was sitting with behind the door all the time), so I am going to pick it up from the post office myself at 4 PM today. Still waiting for my activation SMS though
