I received my equipment, received an SMS to plug in both, so I did last Friday (24 April 2020), but 3 days later I still do not have a solid "Internet" light on my modem/router. When I check my installation status it says "Your installation is progressing. We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!"
I thought activation was supposed to happen in 24 hours. How long will it take for my account to be activated?
