Hi, just received a SMS that reminds me to connect NCD and modem up for service activation, I connected them according to the guide. Now it has been 1~2 hours the lights on NCD are still blinking.
The lights:
- Power light is solid.
- DSL light is flashing, on and off for constant time.
- Sync light is flashing too.
- LAN light is off.
I use the same phone line socket as my previous ADSL setup, the rest phone line sockets in my home doesn't work.
Can anyone help me?

Also, I tried to access modem server page and it responds that no DSL connection.

Ok thanks for that. I have run my line test and I'm not picking up your NBN NCD. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.
You can reconnect your ADSL modem until you hear back from our Provisioning Team.
