Hi,
I have been screwed around for a couple days now by TPG staff and am now turning to the forums.
We had construction workers digging up around the footpath outside our home (on 18/3/20) where the NBN box is in the ground. The internet cut out and I spoke with them and they made sure that all the wiring was still intact. My NBN FTTC Box only has the power light on and the 2nd light is flashing. I have a dial tone on my phone but I can't call any numbers. I assume there is a line fault somewhere and just want to get this resolved.
I am working from home and haven't had internet for 2 days now...
