The email says my NBN service is due to be activated within 2 working days, and now it's longer than 2 days. The installation status is progressing. We've already received the modem and waiting for activation. Just wonder how long it can be finished because we desperately need the Internet.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.
We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation
We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
If you have received this email and the service is still not working, we recommend to check if the equipment is properly set up and we have created setup guides for all technologies that TPG use : New Connection Setup Help

Mine is the same. I have registered and paid and recieved the email stating that my service will be activated within 2 working days last Friday. Today is the 5th working day and I still have not received any email saying my service is activated. I have connected the router TPG has sent through and have an existing NBN box at my apartment, all I am waiting for is my service to become activated.
What is taking so long TPG?
