The NBN technician has not shown up for the 1 pm - 5 pm installation. This is the second time I am trying to get NBN installed with TPG, the first time the technician came and told us that the DPU was faulty and that we needed to reschedule so that the next technician could bring another DPU to fix it. We have waited another 2 weeks for this appointment.This is disgraceful. We did not receive any notification that it has been cancelled or delayed.
