I am the current TPG customer. I requested "Moving House" to a newly built property without NBN connection from street to house.
The first tech came and suggested us to install underground NBN cable since NBN is arial in our area. We contacted NBN Co and they are in the process getting cost estimate to do so.
I recently received call from TPG asking for another NBN installation schedule. I asked if we can cancel or postpone the NBN installation request until we have the NBN cable connection from street to house sorted out. However, the TPG man said they could not cancel the NBN installation request.
1/ Is it true that TPG can not postpone NBN installation until we have NBN cable connection into our house sorted out?
2/ If NBN installation schedule goes ahead, does the NBN installation include running arial NBN connection from street pole into our house?
