NBN Service activation

I have received my NBN connection box for my new house and it has been plugged in with the modem. I have been trying to call the case manager to get the service activated but have been waiting on hold for more than 30mins each time with no response. Please arrange service activation ASAP.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
