NBN Technician no show

Hi there, we booked a technician for yesterday and nobody showed up. We weren’t contacted to Let know that nobody was coming. The next technician isn’t until the 19th.
I spoke to a woman who informed me that someone was coming on the 12 but now it is the 19th.
We started on the NBN a little over a month ago. The internet didn’t work for the first two weeks until I finally got onto tech support. Then the technician didn’t arrive. And now we are pushed back not from the 12 but now the 19th! I’m not a very happy customer considering we have been paying for internet that doesn’t work and customer service doesn’t do what they say they will do.
Can you please help? I need internet for work ASAP.

NBN advised the appointment for the 30th was missed due to weather issues.

 

I have confirmed with our Provisioning Team, and unfortunately the 19th is the earliest appointment NBN have at this stage.

 

Appointment time slot: Tuesday, 19 May 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
