Had a technician booked from 1-5 pm yesterday, obviously took time off for the appointment for them to be a no show, get on to online support an they tell me he came to the house an said there was no problem?
Yet I never seen him at all and last time I called TPG they said there was an open circuit so there obviously is a problem, what do I do, cause online support told me to wait for an engineer to contact me but I’m paying for a service I can’t even use
