I had the nbn internet service for home use in the past 5 years. I did cancel the service couple of months ago but now I want to connect to it again. I’ve made the purchase over the phone and the staff confirmed my modem is compatible (it was supplied by TPG). I’ve received the email that confirmed my service would be activated in two working days, but it’s more than 2 working days and I have no internet connection. What’s the issue here please?
