NBN activation

I have got the NBN equipment. After that, I got a few SMS on different days and times asking to connect my NBN to be activated. I did and waited for more than 4 hours but nothing happened. I asked Chat support a few times but the answer was we will contact you very soon. I have been waiting for the service since 27/03/2020. I have sent you a couple of email asking: when my NBN service will be activated? but no response from your end.
 
I want to make an official complaint. If you can not make it, then let us know ASAP.
